In my HR Analytics project using Power BI, I developed dashboards to analyze workforce data, including employee turnover, job satisfaction, and age metrics. By integrating various data sources, I created visuals to track trends like attrition rates, job satisfaction, and education diversity. The dashboards also offered insights into department-specific KPIs, helping HR leaders identify areas for improvement in retention and talent management. Using features like drill-throughs and slicers, I enabled stakeholders to explore data interactively, supporting more strategic workforce planning and informed decision-making.
